We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your tracking number, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product was received damaged or incorrect. In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label at no charge to you.
